Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures using a variety of tools and techniques. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, durability, and quality in every project.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
- Construct frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, ceilings, and roofing using hand tools and power tools
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, slabs, and other structural elements
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes with precision and attention to detail
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes safely to move materials around the job site
- Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces with high-quality craftsmanship




- Use welding techniques where necessary to join metal components or reinforce structures
- Engage in heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong understanding of building processes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, drywall installation, siding application, and welding processes
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and quality craftsmanship
- Valid certification or licensing related to construction or carpentry is a plus but not mandatory
