This is a hands-on role that combines strategic HR partnership with day-to-day HR operations, employee support, and people initiatives.Role Responsibilities:HR Strategy & OperationsDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectivesPartner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational needs, and people-related decisionsManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboardingDevelop and maintain HR policies, processes,



and systemsEmployee Relations & Leadership SupportProvide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance, workplace issues, and HR policiesManage employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processesSupport leaders in developing and managing high-performing teamsEnsure HR practices comply with applicable employment legislationTalent, Culture & EngagementLead recruitment and talent management initiativesSupport performance management, employee development, and succession planningDevelop initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experienceHelp build and maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace cultureCompensation, Benefits & ReportingOversee compensation, advantages, and annual HR programsMaintain accurate HR records and systemsMonitor HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisionsIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and organizational effectivenessWhat Success Looks Like:HR is viewed by leadership as a trusted business partnerStrong employee engagement, retention, and employee experienceEffective, consistent, and compliant HR processesManagers feel supported and confident managing peopleHigh-quality hiring and effective workforce planningHR initiatives are aligned with business prioritiesQualifications:Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a broad HRBP or standalone HR roleCPHR, CHRP, or equivalent designation preferredStrong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practicesStrong employee relations, coaching, and conflict-resolution skillsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsStrong business acumen and ability to work independentlyComfortable balancing strategic HR priorities with hands-on day-to-day HR responsibilitiesPay: From $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Casual dressCompany eventsDental careDisability insuranceExtended health careFlexible scheduleLife insuranceOn-site parkingRRSP matchVision careWork Location: In person
