This role is ideal for an experienced Quality Supervisor or Lead who is ready to step into broader ownership while staying closely involved with shop‐floor inspection, customer quality issues, and AS9100 compliance.You will oversee a team of quality technicians and inspectors, manage non‐conformances and corrective actions, support audits, ensure product conformity for machined aerospace components, and collaborate with Operations and Engineering to improve manufacturing performance.
