and other expenses essential to business operationsAssist the Branch Manager in ensuring all safety policies are adhered to on a consistent basisQualification and RequirementsA mature professional who leads by example and brings a consistently positive, solutions-focused mindsetProven experience guiding a diverse team, including mechanics, yard personnel, inside sales, and delivery driversThrives in a fast-paced dynamic work environmentDemonstrates a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyCollaborative team player who understands the importance of supporting the broader organization, including assisting other locations when needed to meet customer demandComfortable and proficient with technology, using digital tools to streamline daily tasks and decision-makingExperience in the equipment rental industry, dealership environment, or a related field is considered an assetMechanical aptitude is an advantageMinimum of three years of leadership experience in a comparable role or relevant industryFalcon Rentals is an Alberta owned equipment rental company with 5 locations seeking to add qualified and ambitious professionals to our team.
