Import Full Time North Vancouver Hybrid $50,000 - $65,000 CAD per yearReporting to the National Marketing Manager, this position is primarily responsible to provide brand support to the assigned portfolio. This includes data collection, analytics into operations, management of data within the order and financial system, and other brand and administrative tasks as required. In time, you will have significant influence over one or more brands within the portfolio.Concord Sales Ltd is a progressive Importer representing international brands in the retail grocery, mass merchandisers and drug industry. $50,000 to $65,000Core CompetenciesInitiativePassionOrganizational SkillsInterpersonal SkillsHonesty and IntegrityKey Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide support and analysis with brand accountingResponsible for monthly brand sales performance reports including monthly brand review presentations.Responsible for brand forecasting and inventory management including order placements with different suppliers.Tracking within trade spend management, promotion, pricing, and product spec sheets communication to all key stakeholders.Consolidating Nielsen reports, along with key retailer POS, on a quarterly/yearly basis to understand market position for the brand.Develop direct relationships with the various internal, external teams i.E. Concord National LLP sales teams, logistics partners and brand owners.Lead different brand or marketing initiatives – including development and distribution of brand communication within Canada.Coordination of key activities related to new product launches (translation and regulatory adaptations etc.), samples management, distribution, and trade show executions.These are representative duties and responsibilities which are not all encompassing and may change from time to time.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesPost secondary education is an asset and/or equivalent experience in administrative marketing/communicationsAt least 2 years' direct experience providing brand administration/marketing support within the CPG environment with a clear understanding of the Canadian grocery landscape (retailers, distributors and supply chain)Strong administrative technical skillsHigh proficiency level within Excel (vlookup, csv uploads, pivot tables, power queries, etc.) & PowerPointAbility to quickly learn customized software e.G., NetSuite, GS1Solid relationship building skillsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong ability to organize and prioritizeAbility to problem solve and find creative solutionsSupply Chain & warehousing knowledge / experience an assetPhysical RequirementsSit for extended periods of timeTyping on a keyboard for extended periods of time
