Responsibilities

- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product information
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and care, ensuring accurate cash handling
- Manage time effectively to minimize wait times for customers during busy periods




- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store

Requirements

- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette
- A friendly attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
