Duties

- Assist with setup, cleanup, and general maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient work environments
- Perform basic manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, moving supplies or tools, cleaning, and snow removal when needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working around machinery or in outdoor settings
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and ensuring proper storage




- Support various project-specific tasks as directed by supervisors to meet operational goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and productivity

Experience

- No prior experience necessary; we welcome motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality as key qualities
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt quickly to different tasks
