Telze is looking for a motivated Cell Phone Repair Technician & Sales Associate to join our growing retail team.

This is not a repair-only position. We are looking for someone who can confidently diagnose and repair devices, communicate with customers, recommend products, and generate sales.

What You'll Be Doing Phone & Tablet Repairs

- Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets.
- Perform screen and battery replacements.
- Repair charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones, and other components.
- Troubleshoot software and performance issues.
- Diagnose devices that are not turning on or experiencing hardware problems.
- Perform quality-control testing before returning devices to customers.
- Handle customer devices carefully and professionally.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Sales & Customer Experience
- Greet customers and actively engage with them.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution.
- Explain repair options, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Sell phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables, and other accessories.
- Recommend additional products and services when appropriate.
- Upsell and maximize every sales opportunity.
- Work toward individual and store sales targets.
- Build solid relationships that encourage customers to return.

Store Responsibilities
- Keep the repair area and sales floor clean and organized.




- Maintain accurate repair information and customer records.
- Follow company repair procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory and product merchandising.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and team.
- Follow company policies and procedures.

Experience That Is an Asset
- Cell phone or tablet repair experience.
- iPhone or Samsung repair experience.
- Microsoldering or board-level repair experience.
- Previous retail sales experience.
- Electronics or technology sales experience.
- Experience working with POS systems or repair-management software.

Training is available for the right candidate.
