Job Summary

Join our dynamic dental team as a Certified Dental Assistant Level II, where your expertise will help create a positive and efficient patient experience. In this role, you will provide top-quality chairside assistance, manage patient care, and support the dental practice’s daily operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and orthodontic cases.

Duties

- Assist the dentist during various procedures, including restorative, orthodontic, and pediatric treatments, ensuring smooth workflow and patient comfort
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, maintaining strict sterilization protocols
- Manage patient records using dental practice management software such as Dentally , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Take and develop digital radiographs (CAD) to support diagnosis and treatment planning
- Provide excellent dental reception services by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering patient inquiries




- Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment instructions clearly and compassionately
- Support the orthodontic team with appliance placement, adjustments, and patient education on orthodontic care

Requirements

- Valid certification as a Dental Assistant Level II from an accredited program
- Proven experience with dental software platforms
- Knowledge of orthodontics procedures and pediatric dentistry is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental care
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations, including children and those requiring specialized care
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in front-office duties is advantageous
