This role plays a key part in maintaining safe, clean, and efficient operations while supporting production teams, supervisors, and skilled trades at our Cobourg facility.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational SupportAssist supervisors, machine operators, and skilled trades with daily operational activitiesPerform general labour duties including material handling, production support, and cleanupLoad, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materialsPrepare work areas and ensure readiness for manufacturing and operational tasksSupport production processes, equipment setup, and maintenance activities as requiredHealth & SafetyFollow all Soluroc safety policies, procedures, and site‐specific rulesProperly use required PPE at all timesParticipate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessionsReport hazards,
