We value strong patient relationships, good communication, periodontal health, education, prevention, teamwork and excellent clinical care.THE ROLEAs one of our hygienists, you will provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while working collaboratively with our dentists and clinical team.Typical responsibilities include:Comprehensive dental hygiene care within your professional scopePeriodontal assessment, scaling and root planingPreventive care and oral hygiene educationRadiographs and clinical records as appropriateIdentifying and communicating changes in patients' oral healthHelping patients understand their periodontal condition and recommended careMaintaining accurate, thorough clinical documentationSupporting strong recall and continuing-care relationshipsWorking closely with dentists, assistants and front desk to provide a smooth patient experienceWe are looking for someone who cares about doing excellent work — not simply getting through a schedule.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORRegistered Dental Hygienist with an active Alberta practice permit,
