You will oversee high-volume vehicle flow between our Halifax and OPENLANE storage locations, ensuring incoming units, service vehicles, and outbound deliveries are staged, parked, and moved efficiently without gridlock or delays.You will lead a team of attendants in an active, outdoor, fast-moving environment where precision, speed, and spatial awareness are essential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organized chaos, has robust logistical instincts,



and can maintain control in high-pressure, high-volume conditions.Oversee end-to-end vehicle movement across intake, staging, service, and delivery zonesCoordinate vehicle flow between the Halifax and OPENLANE storage locationsEnsure smooth coordination between incoming transport, shop workflow, and outbound deliveriesMaintain operational flow across a high-volume environmentLead attendants in real time to ensure consistent execution of parking and movement standardsAct as the lead coordinator for vehicle arrivals and departures across both storage locationsBreak down vehicle movement into clear staging zones to avoid confusion or congestionContinuously monitor entry and exit points to prevent bottlenecksReassign attendants dynamically based on volume spikes and priority areasOptimize parking layouts to maximize space while maintaining emergency access and "first-out" readinessCoordinate vehicle movement between Halifax and OPENLANE based on operational needsStay physically present on the lot to direct real-time vehicle movementDemonstrate correct parking and movement techniques for attendants to followGive immediate feedback to improve speed, accuracy, and safety complianceReinforce safety standards including speed control, pedestrian awareness,
