Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation guidelines
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling procedures
- Supervise or collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow during busy service hours
- Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Contribute to menu planning and ingredient management to minimize waste and optimize freshness
- Serve food to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude,



enhancing their overall experience
- Support restaurant management in daily operations, including inventory checks and equipment maintenance

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Demonstrated supervising or team management experience within a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
- Knowledge of the food industry trends, restaurant operations, and customer service excellence
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene and sanitation
- Additional skills such as bartending or serving experience are a plus but not required
