The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (60%)Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for all our clients in multiple industries.Collaborate with client hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job descriptions.Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.Conduct reference and background checks.Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.HR Generalist Duties (40%)Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.Provide guidance to contractors and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.Assist with performance management processes and employee relations.Monitor contractor timesheets, contracts, and renewals.Stay up to date with employment laws and HR best practices in relevant jurisdictions.Requirements:3+ years of experience in recruitment and generalist HR functions.Familiarity with employment legislation across Canada and/or the U.S.
