Frequent or constant travel may be required.Job Description:Wildcat operates a fleet of Bell 212, 412 and Astar AS350 B3e (H-125) mission‐specific modified aircraft, and offers numerous services including fire suppression, heli‐skiing, critical services and heavy‐lift, both in West Kelowna and across Canada, as necessary. Wildcat has the resources to create solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Our crews are focused on the most specialized helicopter operations in the industry. We are equipped to carry out both emergency services and recreational operations, including firefighting, critical services, heavy lifting, and heli‐skiing.With the significantly reduced snowpack and forecasts calling for drought conditions this summer we anticipate a particularly challenging wildfire season in British Columbia and are looking to hire additional helicopter pilots to assist during wildfire season. Preference will be given to candidates with experience flying Astar AS350 B3e (H-125) and Bell 212/412 aircraft, Mountain Course and experience,



and Precision Long Line experience.Overtime may be required, and shift times will vary (early morning, morning, day, evening and weekend.)Main Duties include:Act as Contact liaison between the Company and its customers as required in carrying out the Pilot's duties or when requested by the CompanyConduct pre‐flight inspection of aircraft and check passenger and cargo distribution to ensure that weight and balance specifications are metCoordinate flight activities with ground crews and air‐traffic control, inform crew members of flight and test procedures and direct activities of aircraft crew during flightsContact control towers for takeoff clearances, arrival instructions and other informationFly Astar AS350 B3e (H-125) and Bell 212/412 helicoptersPlanning and timely completion of all scheduled and unscheduled flight assignmentsSafe and competent operation of all Company aircraft, vehicles and equipment assigned to the employee as Pilot in CommandFollow emergency procedures to compensate for equipment malfunction or failureMake in‐flight repairs,
