This role will support residential construction projects from estimating through completion, coordinating with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and trades to keep projects organized, on schedule and within budget. This is a outstanding opportunity for an experienced construction estimator, project coordinator, junior project manager, or contractor looking to transition into an office-based role.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare estimates, proposals and change ordersComplete material takeoffs and gather supplier/subtrade pricingCoordinate project schedules, trades,



materials and deliveriesTrack project costs and budgetsPrepare progress billings and final invoicesManage customer selections, approvals and project documentationFollow projects from estimating through completionCommunicate with customers, suppliers, trades and subcontractorsQualificationsPrevious experience in construction estimating, project coordination, project management or a related roleStrong knowledge of residential construction and building materialsAbility to read and understand construction plans and drawingsStrong organization, communication and time-management skillsComfortable managing multiple projects and prioritiesStrong attention to detailExperience with material takeoffs and supplier/subtrade pricingA combination of relevant construction experience and education will be considered.
