We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Buyer & Acquisition Specialist to join our dealership team.The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership setting, and is ready to take ownership of the vehicle acquisition process.Key Responsibilities:Source and acquire vehicles for dealership inventoryCommunicate and negotiate with dealerships, wholesalers, private sellers, and other industry contactsIdentify attractive vehicle purchasing opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with industry partnersCoordinate vehicle purchases and related documentationMaintain accurate records using CRM, Outlook,



and other dealership systemsWork closely with management and the sales teamOrganize and manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyTravel within Canada when requiredRequirements:OMVIC certificationValid Ontario Full G driver's licenceStrong communication and negotiation skillsConfident, professional, and highly organizedReliable and punctualComfortable taking responsibility and making decisionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic knowledge of CRM systems, Outlook, and modern digital/AI toolsAutomotive dealership experience is an assetCompensation:Commission-based, with earning potential based on performance and results.We are looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and ready to grow with the dealership.
