This initiative represents a generational shift in how advisors, operations teams, and clients engage with technology—requiring deep expertise in integrations, enterprise architecture, and change leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact enterprise technology programs, with a strong focus on infrastructure, security, and platform integrationDrive environment build-outs, technical integrations, and migration activities to support the transition from a legacy core system to a modern platform ecosystemDefine and refine project scope, success metrics, deliverables, and business outcomes aligned to strategic goals and regulatory requirementsDevelop and manage integrated delivery plans including resource allocation, financials, schedules, risk frameworks, and quality controlsProvide strategic leadership across complex technical domains including integration patterns, networking, authentication, IAM, cloud infrastructure, and data migrationAct as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, sponsorship, and informed decision-making across the program lifecycleEstablish and enforce strong governance practices, including risk/issue management, change control,



and compliance oversightLead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, infrastructure, security, vendors, and business stakeholdersManage third-party vendors and platform partners, ensuring adherence to contractual deliverables, timelines, and service expectationsDeliver executive-level reporting on project health, risks, dependencies, and overall program statusDrive organizational change management strategies to enable successful adoption of new platforms, tools, and workflowsPartner with business and technical leaders to assess change impacts and deliver communications, training, and readiness plansEnsure technology integration strategies align with enterprise architecture and security principlesConduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve delivery practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree is an asset10+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology initiativesProven experience leading large-scale platform transformations, system migrations, or core technology modernization programsStrong technical project management background with demonstrated experience in infrastructure and security (infrasec) domainsHands-on experience managing integration-heavy programs involving APIs, middleware, and enterprise data flowsStrong knowledge in key technical domains including networking, authentication, identity & access management (IAM), cloud infrastructure, and data migrationDemonstrated ability to deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies in complex, regulated environmentsPMP certification preferred; additional certifications such as SAFe, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP are considered strong assetsExperience with organizational change management frameworks (e.G., Prosci)
