BAUER Foundations Canada is looking for a Construction Labourer for ongoing projects in and around Calgary, AB and Moose Jaw, AB.PAY RANGEThe pay range for this position is $30 - $38 per hour. Wages depend on experience.THE OPPORTUNITYThe Construction Labourer is a key entry-level role on our construction site ground crew.Support drilling and piling operations on active construction sitesLoad, unload, organize, and move drilling tools, casings, and equipmentMaintain safe and clean work areas around piling and drilling rigsAssist with rigging, lifting operations, and site setupHelp establish and maintain protected work zones and traffic control areasWork closely with operators and crew members during daily operationsPerform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditionsFollow company safety procedures and site-specific requirements at all timesWHAT WE LOOK FORStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work safely around heavy equipment and active construction operationsReliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a small crew environmentAt least two years of previous construction experience (general labour, skilled labour, equipment operating, foundations, ground improvement, etc.)Must have a valid BC drivers license and reliable transportation.Construction Safety Training System (CSTS-2020), First Aid, Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform,
