The role leads the handling of shipments, ensuring compliance with DSV's corporate guidelines and government regulations. This position requires direct communication with customers, overseas offices and carriers. The Team Lead mentors and trains new staff and updates internal and external process changes from time to time.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDaily management and coordination of shipmentsLead and direct desk‐level, day‐to‐day operations of the Operations DepartmentChampion process and procedure to meet or exceed company KPI requirementsEstablish and coordinate schedules with carriers and tender shipmentsPrepare and publish reports as requestedMentor and train current staff from time to timeAct as the first escalation point for operational and customer service issuesProactively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solutionResponsible for cost containment of shipmentsEvaluate shipments,
