The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy while effectively managing multiple priorities. You will play a key role in supporting adjusters and contributing to an exceptional client experience through timely and professional service.ResponsibilitiesAccurately prepare, transcribe, and update documents, reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative records.Assist with account administration and ensure information is maintained efficiently and accurately.Act as a liaison between customers, adjusters, colleagues, and external professionals, providing prompt and professional support.Coordinate and support daily office administration activities to ensure smooth branch operations.Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including filing, document management,
