Radium North Inc. is seeking experienced and safety-focused individuals to support local heavy civil construction, earthworks, reclamation, infrastructure, and mining-related projects in the Fort McMurray region.

We are currently hiring skilled professionals who take pride in safe operations, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

Positions Available

- Excavator Operators
- Dozer Operators
- Grader Operators
- Rock Truck Operators
- Loader Operators
- Heavy Equipment Trainers
- Heavy Civil Labourers

Key Responsibilities

Operators

- Safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment.
- Perform daily inspections and routine equipment maintenance checks.
- Complete work according to site plans, grade requirements, and project specifications.
- Maintain productivity while prioritizing safety and quality.

Heavy Equipment Trainers

- Train and mentor operators on safe and effective equipment operation.
- Conduct competency evaluations and field assessments.
- Support workforce development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote company and client safety expectations and best practices.

Labourers

- Support civil construction and earthworks activities.
- Assist with grade checking, site preparation, cleanup, and general labour duties.
- Work safely around heavy equipment and active construction areas.

Qualifications

- Previous heavy civil,



earthworks, mining, reclamation, or road construction experience.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to pass client-required site access requirements.
- CSTS, Ground Disturbance, First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation certifications are considered assets.
