Dump Truck Driver | LSX Earthworks | Vernon, BC

LSX Earthworks is a local excavation company serving the Okanagan. We haul gravel, fill, and topsoil, dig foundations, clear land, and build sites for homeowners, builders, and civil projects. We're looking for a dependable dump truck driver who takes pride in running a clean truck and doing the job right.

What You'll Do

- Haul aggregate, fill, topsoil, and excavated material between pits, job sites, and dump sites
- Deliver and spread material accurately on residential and civil sites
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep your logs up to date
- Keep your truck clean, greased, and in good working order
- Work with our excavator operators to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Represent LSX well with customers, neighbours, and other trades on-site

What You Bring
- Valid Class 1 license with a clean driver's abstract




- Dump truck experience preferred
- Confidence backing into tight residential sites and handling steep or rural roads
- Good judgment and the ability to work independently
- A strong safety mindset and respect for equipment
- Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons and weather

Bonus Points
- Knowledge of local pits, quarries, and dump sites
- Basic mechanical skills
- Experience running an excavator, skid steer, or loader
