Overview: Since 1979, Foothills Academy Society has been a leader in working with children and youth with Learning Disabilities and associated disorders. We are a Designated Special Education Private School for grades 3-12. Our year round Community Services department reaches over 1,000 individuals annually. Foothills Academy is seeking a reliable and hardworking Part Time Cleaner to join our Maintenance and Cleaning Team.

Eligibility (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Availability from 5:30pm-930pm)

Qualifications:

- Ability to safely lift 25–40 lbs
- Experience operating a swing machine is an asset, but willingness to learn is required
- Experience applying floor wax is an asset, but willingness to learn is required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Responsibilities:





- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Complete minor maintenance tasks as required
- Operate a floor swing machine (training provided if needed)
- Apply floor wax and assist with floor care programs (training provided if needed)
- Lift and move materials, equipment, and supplies weighing between 25–40 lbs
- Assist with other maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned
