Cleaner - Part Time

Our Property Management Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner plays a key role assisting in maintaining our buildings and ensuring our rental suites are thoroughly cleaned and move-in ready for new tenants.

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain hallways, entrance, windows, garbage removal, and rental suites after tenant move-outs and before new move-ins
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including laundry rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and surfaces
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to management
- Maintain company standards of cleanliness and presentation

Qualifications

- Previous professional cleaning experience an asset, but not required




- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
- Physically able to lift, bend, and perform hands-on cleaning tasks

Schedule & Availability

- Part Time position
- Flexible with your schedule

Compensation

- Hourly wage based on experience
