In this role, you will oversee a team of janitorial staff, ensuring high-quality cleaning services are delivered while maintaining our standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Position Details:This position is Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. ensuring the efficient delivery of servicesPromote a healthy & safe work workplace by ensuring that all CCS employees follow safe operating policies and proceduresProvide support with the training of new employeesOrdering of supplies, tools & equipment and management of a preventative maintenance programConduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are metSupport with cleaning dutiesManage communication with radioOther duties as reasonably required from time to timeWhat do I need?Minimum of two years experience working within the facility services industry in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of best practices in the cleaning industry including cleaning processes, environmentally sustainable products, tools, equipment and machineryDemonstrated people management, planning, and organizational skillsAbility to problem-solve and meet unforeseen demandsExperience with Microsoft Office and ability to use technology toolsPolice Background CheckPhysical RequirementsLift up to 40 poundsStand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shiftAble to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, climb stairsOperate equipment when requiredCommercial Cleaning Services recognizes that strength as an organization comes from inclusion and diversity.
