We are dedicated to helping our patients improve their lives through better sleep.We're growing, and we're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who's organized, people-first, and ready to build a meaningful career in healthcare – no clinical background needed.What You'll DoAnswer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointmentsAssist patients in person, by phone, and virtually with questions and general supportManage incoming referrals and prepare patient filesMaintain accurate documentation and update electronic medical recordsCoordinate insurance coverage, pre-authorizations, and claim submissionsProcess payments, create invoices,
