Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.Training is also provided before your first shift!Schedule:Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.M. - 7:00 p.M.Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.M. - 5:00 p.M.Salary:$21/per hourRESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities:Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local Sobeys grocery storesShare key product information and answer customer questionsMeet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactionsPrepare simple food and beverage samples (e.G., coffee, desserts)Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, and tear down)Complete reporting after each shiftQUALIFICATIONSMust have Food Handler and Smart Serve Certificate prior to the interviewMust be fully available Thursday-SundayPrevious customer service, retail, or sales experience preferredConfident engaging with customers and delivering key product messagingAbility to stand for the duration of a shift and assist with the setup and teardown ofthe sampling station (all materials stored in office)Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and to complete reportingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retailenvironmentABOUT USTypically, a mosaic is where all the pieces fit together nicely.
