We partner with growers to deliver innovative systems that drive efficiency, productivity, and long-term success.About the RoleThe Warehouse Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment.Working closely with the Operations and Warehouse teams, the Warehouse Associate ensures products are handled accurately and delivered on time to support both internal operations and customer needs.This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving and Inventory ControlReceive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and qualityVerify items against packing slips and report discrepanciesStore products in appropriate locations while maintaining organization and safetyMaintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systemsPerform regular stock checks and assist with inventory management and reconciliationOrder Fulfillment and ShippingPick, pack, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with customer orders and company proceduresEnsure orders are accurate and packaged safely to prevent damageAssist with loading and unloading trucks as requiredSupport efficient and timely order processing and shipment preparationWarehouse OperationsOperate forklifts and reach trucks to move materials safely within the warehouseMaintain a clean, organized,
