This position offers variety, autonomy, and clinical supportYour Role at AspireSupport neurodivergent children through consultation, assessment, and interventionBuild capacity with parents, teachers, and school staffProvide support to children to strengthen language, articulation, social interaction, and play skills within home, school, and community contextsDevelop individual program plans and support implementationProvide practical, strength-based strategies to promote child developmentComplete standardized assessments, screening tools, and written reportsCollaborate with families and educational teams to support identified goalsDeliver direct therapy when appropriateYour Strengths and ExperienceExperience working with schools and families to support the development of children's language, articulation, social interaction, and play skillsKnowledge of best practices and current research,
