This permanent, full time chance is distributed across our five modern Edmonton locations. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented professional who excels at building meaningful connections with patients, parents, and team members alike. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude and professional commitment and thrives in a friendly team-orientated environment.Responsibilities & DutiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to,



the following:Partner with Orthodontic Treatment Coordinators to coordinate patient treatment plans and paymentReview and start treatment contracts with patients, including consent forms, direct billing for insurance, and financial agreementsProcess insurance claimsOrganize patient financial recordsAddress patient questions and concerns about financial contractsFollow-up with patients and insurance companiesWork with Accounts Receivable and collectionsReview financial reportsSkills & ExperienceWe are looking for a professional who demonstrates the following clinical and interpersonal skills:High School Diploma or equivalentProficient in English, both written and verbalComputer proficient; able to learn new software quickly. Ortho2Edge and Curve Hero are used at our clinicExperience in reception or administrative work, preferably in a dental settingExperience as a Dental Financial coordinator is an assetExperience with Government Insurance (NIHB and ADSC) is an assetExperience working with medical and dental insurance is an assetExcellent customer service skills both in person and over the phoneAvailable to work during applicable business hoursWilling to travel between multiple clinic locations within the Edmonton AreaBenefitsUniforms provided by the employerComprehensive group benefits programTravel incentive for multi-location workVacation pay
