Massage Experts is looking for an outgoing clinic receptionist to join their team of Experts in Calgary Gateway. This is a part time, permanent position working 4pm to 9:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am to 3pm Friday. Preference will be given to those with flexibility in their schedule to work other weekday mornings and occasional weekends.

The winning candidate must have previous customer service or office work experience. We are looking for an extremely organized and fast-thinking candidate.

- Greet clients
- Manage files
- Answer telephone
- Manage online appointments’ booking
- Complete billing to clients and take payments
- Manage insurance claims
- Promote our Club Mex
- Ensure the clinic is clean
- Manage laundry flow
- Data input and filing
- Daily financial reconciliation
- General administrative and clerical support
- Other duties related to this position

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
