Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications.

Duties

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes with Haas controls.
- Load and unload parts, change tools, and adjust offsets as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow safety procedures diligently while handling machinery, materials, and tools; operate forklifts when necessary for material movement.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction.





Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience operating CNC milling machines and/or lathes
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and the use of precision measuring instruments
- Working knowledge of Fanuc or Haas control systems
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Assets

- CNC programming and setup experience
- Valid forklift certification
- Familiarity working in a machine shop
- Mechanical assembly experience
