This role is located in Vancouver and reports to the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will perform a wide variety of duties including but not limited to:Assisting the Project Manager in the multifamily construction cycle of a single project or multiple projects, depending on the scale and complexity of the projects. Such general tasks include draw, scheduling, and document review and coordination, report generation, and project file management.Providing general support to both the Project Manager and construction staff as needed,



for the purposes of advancing the company's projects and delivering to the company's standards of professionalism.Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in quality assurance meetings and thinking critically about tasks and procedures with the objective of finding better and more efficient ways of performing duties.QUALIFICATIONSExperience and EducationMinimum 1 year of experience in construction project coordinationBCIT Building Technology Program (or an equivalent credential)Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHigh energy with a positive attitudeWell-developed written and oral communications skillsAbility to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environmentDemonstrates solid judgement regarding sensitive informationAbility to work in a team environment as well as independentlyProficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)Familiarity with Autocad and MS Project is an assetExperience using an ERP system is an assetExperience using ProcoreCOMPENSATION RANGE$65,000 - $80,000 per yearHOW TO APPLYTo apply for this role, candidates are required to submit a cover letter and resume to .
