This role requires a robust understanding of RHA policies and procedures, professional conduct, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all Robin Hood Association (RHA) policies, procedures, and ethical standards.Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and appearance.Promote and maintain safe environments by identifying and reporting hazards.Remain alert and responsive throughout shifts (unless assigned to a sleep shift).Be physically capable of meeting the demands of the role.Be flexible to work in other program areas during staffing shortages or emergencies.Implement individual service plans to support development, behavior management, and personal care.Provide direct care and communicate any schedule changes to your supervisor.Support individuals in personal goal setting, life planning, and community inclusion.Encourage participation in employment, recreation, and social activities.Monitor environments for safety and inclusion; escalate complex issuesas needed.Support individuals during sleep shifts, including medication, toileting, and behavioral needs.Assist with transportation and community access, including training and support.Model appropriate social behavior and encourage community connections.Support life skills and academic development,
