Commercial Services Coordinator

It is an exciting time in our Company’s growth, and we are currently looking for a self-starting individual to join our team and help us in various areas as we expand.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with the operations and sales teams to ensure timely completion of customer focused invoicing;
- Daily ticket entries;
- Create customer invoices and invoices for internal parties in a timely manner;
- Assist and investigate any concerns,



and validate all invoices for customers;
- Generate reports for management review; and
- Review internal reporting for accuracy.

Preference will be given to candidates that have the following qualities/skills:

- 3-5 years of Oil & Gas experience
- Robust computer skills with excellent MS Office knowledge
- Experience with Open Invoice, Cortex and Assetworks
- eONE experience is considered an asset
- Prior logistics and invoicing experience is also considered an asset
- Willing to learn and comfortable in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to analyze both successes and failures with a desire to constantly improve
- Passion for process simplification and improvement, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
