We currently have opportunities for:

- Monday–Friday daytime positions 9:00am - 3:00pm

About the Role As a member of our team, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities and assist them in achieving greater independence and participation in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities may include

- Supporting individuals with daily living activities
- Assisting with community involvement and recreational activities
- Providing personal and behavioural supports as required
- Completing documentation and required paperwork




- Working collaboratively with coworkers
- Responding appropriately to individual needs and changing situations
