This role is focused on delivery coordination, execution tracking, and operational discipline rather than traditional project management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with scrum teams to maintain delivery flow, ensure visibility, and manage release schedules across multiple initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and administer scrum, kanban, and/or ticket boards (e.G., Jira), ensuring accuracy, hygiene, and real-time visibility of work in progress.Coordinate and support agile ceremonies (stand‐ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), with a focus on tracking actions and outcomes rather than facilitation ownership.Perform regular follow-ups with teams and individual contributors to collect status updates, identify risks, and surface delivery dependencies.Track sprint progress, capacity, and key delivery metrics; highlight variances andrisks to delivery leads and stakeholders.Manage and coordinate release cycle schedules, including sprint timelines, release readiness checkpoints, and dependency tracking.Support Product Owners and delivery leads by ensuring backlog items are properly reflected, sequenced, and aligned to release plans.Prepare concise delivery status updates, dashboards,



and reports for internal and stakeholder consumption.Reinforce Agile delivery discipline and support continuous improvement through consistent execution and tracking.Required Experience3-6 years of experience in a delivery support, project coordination, or project control role within Agile environments.Nice-to-Have ExperienceExperience supporting digital technology teams (e-commerce, marketing platforms, CRM, cloud applications).Exposure to platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Adobe Experience Manager.Previous experience in a PCO, delivery coordinator, or Agile operations role.Required SkillsStrong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery models.Hands‐on experience maintaining Jira boards, workflows, and delivery dashboards (Confluence or similar tools preferred).Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and follow-through.Clear, professional communication skills and comfort working with cross‐functional teams.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast‐paced workplace.About the ClientThis client is a leading beauty and personal care company operating across e-commerce and digital technology, with a portfolio of recognized brands serving customers across multiple markets internationally.
