You will adapt quickly to the unique challenges each engagement presents, applying creative problem-solving while communicating clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues across diverse cultures and time zones.



Your role spans the full project lifecycle — from discovery through implementation — contributing both business and technical insight, and you will continuously build your knowledge of best practices and emerging technology to bring added value to every client engagement.What You'll DoAssist senior consultants in providing exceptional support to clients and project teams.Collaborate with a senior consultant to understand, validate, and document client business requirements, mapping them to NetSuite functionality.Contribute to requirements gathering, documentation, NetSuite buildout and validation/demos, testing, and user training.Develop a thorough understanding of Appficiency's project delivery methodology.Regularly engage with senior executives and functional leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication.Become proficient in the NetSuite application and its capabilities.Support clients in the design and implementation of their enterprise architecture.Participate in the design, build, and testing of system integrations between clients' business systems.Assist in the ongoing maintenance and management of integration projects to ensure long-term success.What You'll Bring1-2 years in a qualified services, functional or technical consulting role preferably in an Enterprise Resource Planning, CRM or e-commerce spaceExperience with Software As A Service (SAAS), IT, software or specific business model (i.E. distribution, manufacturing, retail, media & advertising)
