This position is responsible for the strategic and operational ownership of Brandt's Salesforce ecosystem. The Salesforce Platform Manager leads all technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, including integration architecture, vendor coordination, and team leadership. During the Digital Transformation program, this role leads the IT workstream and serves as the primary technical liaison with Salesforce and third-party implementation partners. Post-implementation, this role owns the platform roadmap, manages the Salesforce support team, and drives continuous improvement across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.Who We AreBrandt is a customer driven company, privately owned and family run, strengthened by diversification and succeeding through specialization. and other vendors as requiredDefine and enforce technical standards, security requirements, and governance policies in consultation with other IT teamsLead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and sprint planningManage environment strategy across Development, Test, UAT, and Production orgsEnsure data migration quality, completeness, and validationCoordinate vendor relationships, contracts, deliverables, and financial controlsOwn Salesforce platform roadmap and enhancement backlog prioritizationManage and mentor Salesforce support team (Administrators, Developers, Analysts)Oversee release management, deployment processes, and change controlMaintain integration health monitoring and performance optimizationManage Salesforce licensing, vendor contracts, and operational budgetDrive user adoption metrics and platform utilizationEnsure security compliance, access governance, and audit readinessCoordinate with business stakeholders on enhancement requests and strategic initiativesStay current on Salesforce releases and industry best practices; make recommendations tosenior management accordinglyOther duties as assignedWhat We Look For7+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery or IT leadership5+ years of hands‐on Salesforce experience (configuration and/or development)3+ years of experience leading technical teams or projectsPreference will be given to candidates with a post‐secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems,
