We are currently searching for a agile Compliance Agent to join our Montreal office. Reporting to the General Manager, Montreal Operations, the Compliance Agent is responsible for coordinating and controlling all inland operations compliance documentation by tracking carrier and supplier records, and regulatory equipment maintenance.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Prepare, distribute, and update the weekly tracking report for MVI and PM inspections. update AS400 and the received inspections tracking sheet.
- Obtain and file all required documents for road transportation prior to hiring.
- Audit driver files to verify licences and administrative requirements.
- Manage the ISAAC platform.
- Prepare and distribute compliance-related communications.
- Create, track, and obtain approval for purchase and repair orders in Amos, following validation by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Create driver and vehicle profiles in ISAAC OnRealtime and ISAAC OnRecord platforms.
- Coordinate ISAAC modules installation with brokers and the ESL garage.
- Assist drivers as required.




- Provide coverage for the Inland Transportation Administrative Clerk (preparation of owner-operators’ payroll and other administrative tasks), as required.
- Update and analyze walk-around inspection reports.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inland transportation compliance and/or relevant experience;
- Computer literate;
- Knowledge of accounting and office administration;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Accounts payable experience (an asset).
