Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and experienced Concrete Finisher/Foreman to lead and execute high-quality concrete finishing projects. This role combines hands-on craftsmanship with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that all concrete work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As a vital part of our construction team, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate with project managers, and supervise a team of skilled workers to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

Your expertise in concrete finishing techniques, construction management software, and schematic reading will drive project success from start to finish. Must be willing to travel for work.

Duties

- Lead and supervise concrete finishing crews, ensuring work adheres to project specifications, schematics, and safety standards
- Coordinate daily work schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide finishing activities accurately
- Maintain quality control by inspecting finished surfaces for smoothness, alignment, and durability
- Implement best practices in concrete placement, curing, and finishing techniques to optimize durability and appearance
- Oversee safety protocols on-site, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure compliance with all regulations




- Manage budgeting aspects related to labor hours and material usage while minimizing waste
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to address any design changes or technical challenges promptly
- Maintain and care for all related tools and equipment.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in concrete finishing or related construction roles
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
- Experience with construction estimating and budgeting processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations in the construction industry
- Construction experience spanning multiple projects with a focus on durability and precision
- Skilled in using schematics for troubleshooting technical issues during project execution
