The Manager will ensure productive, productive delivery of all work under their responsibility. A hands-on approach is critical to ensure contractual agreements are maintained and executed. Develop and cultivate sound communication with all customers and partners.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the business units to ensure schedules and cost objectives are met or exceededAct as process owner for service and projects; ensure all processes are documented, fully deployed and rigorously improved as requiredEstablish and manage performance targets for all team members that complement business teams and company deliverablesIdentify customer issues and the impact on the business and resolve effectively within a timely mannerAttend client sites as required for technical assistance and supportImplement and manage business processesMaintain customer relationships, handling customer concerns in a timely and professional mannerHire, develop and assign service technicians and technical resources to support the backlog of work and ongoing growth of the business unitsCommunicate to staff progress on initiatives, policies, process and proceduresAssist in planning annual budgetsManage operating expenses by controlling costs in all areas including salaries and day-to-day expensesManage and analyze projects' performanceCreate a manpower plan for operations and develop an effective project/service teamDevelop and manage sub-tradesIdentify risk including scope, schedule,
