You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Canadaas aKYC Officer.As part of referential Management (GRM)division, you will support KYC operations for corporate/ institutional clients, contributing to the Onboarding/Review of clients. You will ensure that KYC Due Diligence packages are completed in a timely manner and in full compliance with local regulations and the Bank's global procedures. Beyond core KYC work, you will also contribute to data analytics initiatives, process improvement projects, and the development andmaintenance of KPI dashboards.Your concrete missions will be the following :Analyze client profiles to determine the required KYC information in accordance with internal proceduresReview existing documentation and obtain updated documents when changes are identifiedCollect and source client information from public and approved external sourcesAnalyze collected data, perform sanity checks, and liaise with internal partners to resolve missing information or documentationPerform name screening and background checks against sanctions, PEP,



and adverse media databasesInput client data and upload documentation into the KYC system accurately and within defined timelinesLiaise with quality controllers and compliance teams to address any issues or escalationsEnsure proper procurement, maintenance, and timely update of KYC documentationMaintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations and internal procedures; complete all mandatory training as requiredContribute to data analytics efforts to support operational reporting and decision-making within the GRM teamBuild, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards to monitor team performance and KYC pipeline activityIdentify and support process improvement initiatives, proposing solutions to increase efficiency and quality of KYC operationsTo be eligible for a VIE:Be less than 28 years oldBe graduated of Master DegreeBe EU citizenDon't forget to mention this information explicitly in English in your resume and/or cover letter!
