Service Technician - Compressor Maintenance

Location: Eastern Canada

Salary: $30 to $40 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

- Repair and diagnose equipment at customer sites, ensuring superior quality service.
- Communicate effectively with coordinators, managers, and clients to assess needs, offer recommendations, and explain service options.
- Provide regular updates to clients and complete necessary documentation quickly and accurately.
- Identify future business opportunities and plan travel for maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Contribute to a positive and safe work workplace, reporting any potentially harmful situations.

Qualifications

- A certifying training in industrial machine repair, industrial mechanics, heavy machinery, or automotive, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical repair, ideally with rotating equipment or in the automotive industry, including skills in troubleshooting industrial equipment.
- Mandatory certifications in WHMIS, forklift, and overhead crane, as well as a valid driver's license.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, an ability to navigate various software systems (MS Office, ERP, CRM like Salesforce), and an aptitude for data entry and technical documentation.
- Developed interpersonal skills, a strong customer orientation,



the ability to work autonomously, and adaptability to various working conditions.
