Job Overview

Conestoga Contracting Group (CCG) is looking for reliable, hardworking Construction Crew Members to join our growing team.

Our construction crews work on a variety of outdoor construction projects, including pool installations, hardscaping, landscaping construction, and site work.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with residential and commercial construction projects
- Support pool installations, excavation, grading, forming and site preparation
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist with material handling and jobsite organization
- Work closely with Crew Managers and other team members




- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, secure jobsite

What We’re Looking For
- Previous construction, landscaping or outdoor labour experience preferred
- Pool installation experience is a strong asset
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Valid driver's licence is an asset

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
