Assist with the installation of various insulation materials (including fiberglass blow-in, Spray Foam, poly vapour barriers etc)
Load and unload materials, tools and equipment from the company vehicule and warehouse
Prepare job sites by protecting floors and windows and ensure a thorough clean-up once the job is finished
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
Use hand tools such as hammer tackers, screwdrivers, and utility knives to perform various construction tasks
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction or insulation work is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively on a variety of tasks
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate within a team
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License (with a clean driving record/abstract)
