The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for 2 Construction Labourers to join our team to do general construction projects like building homes, garages, barns, decks and fences. We are seeking engaged, hardworking, and loyal individuals who catch on quickly and are genuinely interested in construction. Others would describe you as a team player who takes initiative, is eager to contribute, and brings a positive attitude to the job site every single day.

You are looking for long-term involvement and are excited about the opportunity to move up within a supportive company. We welcome applicants with various levels of experience; the role may start as a general construction laborer position and evolve into team leader as you gain the necessary experience and skills needed to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily construction tasks safely and efficiently, focusing on carpentry and general site work.
- Take initiative on-site to anticipate project needs and keep things running smoothly.
- Collaborate closely with team members, maintaining a helpful, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Travel to various job sites within the Niagara region and occasionally out of town.
- Care for company equipment and tools, ensuring everything is used safely and maintained properly.
- General site clean-up.




- Identify growth and training opportunities for yourself to continually build your skills.
- Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in similar construction work (such as carpentry).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work indoors and outdoors
- Basic math skills
- Reliable transportation to get to work daily.
- Must have your own basic tools (hammer, pouch, measuring tape, knife) and CSA-approved safety boots.
- Valid legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Safety certifications such as Working at Heights, Scissor Lift, WHMIS, or First Aid are considered a strong asset.

Compensation Package Including:

- Competitive hourly wage starting at $20-$25 per hour. Wages are negotiable depending on experience.
- Overtime pay.
