As they advance continued growth they are seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Finance to join the senior leadership team.This role supports executive decision-making, strengthens organizational financial capacity, and ensures long‐term sustainability as the organization expands in complexity and scale. The successful candidate will bring solid financial leadership, analytical capability, and operational insight, with a particular focus on supporting growth, commercialization, and pricing strategy for research services.Key Responsibilities of the Job:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning processesPartner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic and operational decision‐makingDevelop financial models, scenario analysis, and project costingOversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and treasury managementManage banking relationships and support financing strategies and investor reportingPresent financial results and insights to the Board of DirectorsDevelop and maintain pricing modelsSupport proposal development with financial analysis and revenue projectionsOversee procurement and inventory managementEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and controlsLead audit processes and liaise with external auditorsEnsure compliance with tax, reporting,



and regulatory requirementsOptimize ERP and financial systems and improve financial reporting toolsExperience & Attributes for Success:CPA designation with minimum 5 years post‐designation experienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of progressive finance leadership experienceStrong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting standards, audit, and tax complianceExperience with pricing models in contract services, research, manufacturing, or project‐based environmentsExperience in regulated, grant‐funded, or audit‐intensive environments considered an assetStrong financial modelling and analytical skills with ability to communicate insights clearlyStrategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage complexity and competing prioritiesStrong leadership and collaboration skillsResults‐driven with a continuous improvement mindsetAccountant Staffing is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
