We expect each member of our team to actively embrace and participate in the biblical practices that guide our work and mission.Position SummaryThe Assistant Campus Manager supports the leadership, operations, program delivery, and spiritual culture of the campus, helping maintain a safe, healthy, Christ-centered, and transformational recovery environment. This role provides leadership continuity through operational support, student case management, aftercare leadership, and staff coverage, while being fully prepared to oversee campus operations in the absence of the Campus Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team SupportSupport the hiring, training, supervision, and encouragement of campus staff and volunteersAssist in fostering a healthy culture of integrity, accountability, unity, and servant leadershipHelp support staff communication, team development, coaching, and conflict resolutionAssist with staff scheduling, shift coverage,



and operational coordination as requiredSupport human resource processes and staff accountability as directedProvide leadership coverage for Campus Manager and other staff during vacations, absences, or staffing shortages to ensure continuity of care and program operationsProgram OversightSupport consistency and excellence in daily program deliveryAssist in monitoring client progress, family engagement, schedules, structure, and program outcomesWilling to maintain a small caseload of assigned students (typically 1-3) and fulfill Program Coordinator responsibilitiesProvide support during crisis situations, behavioural interventions, and conflict resolutionHelp ensure documentation, reporting, and program records are completed accurately and on timeAssist with maintaining healthy structure, accountability, and culture throughout the campusServe as the lead staff member for aftercare services, helping develop, coordinate, monitor, and strengthen ongoing support for graduates and program participants following their conclusion of programming.Compliance & SafetySupport compliance with accreditation standards, organizational policies, and operational proceduresAssist in maintaining provincial and federal health and safety standardsSupport incident management, emergency procedures, and risk mitigation practicesHelp ensure proper medication procedures, facility safety, and workplace practices are followed consistentlyOperations & AdministrationAssist with oversight of campus operations, transportation coordination, maintenance needs, and facility careSupport responsible stewardship of building resources, supplies, and operational budgetsAssist with fundraising initiatives, events, and revenue-supporting activities as directedSupport admissions, discharge planning, scheduling, and communicationsAssist in maintaining accurate records, documentation, statistics, and reporting requirements required by accreditation bodies, funding agreements,
